Reservations and Rental Agreement

The Website allows you to view availability and request or make reservations for the vacation rental property at 2917 NE 35th Court, Lighthouse Point, Florida (the "Property"). Any reservation is subject to the rental agreement, house rules, and cancellation and payment terms presented during the booking process (together, the "Rental Terms"). If these Terms and Conditions conflict with the Rental Terms, the Rental Terms control with respect to your stay.

A reservation is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us or our booking platform and any required payment has been received. We may decline or cancel a reservation that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, in violation of the Rental Terms, or otherwise inconsistent with our ability to host the stay, with a refund of amounts paid as provided in the Rental Terms.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation. By booking, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you will be present at the Property for the duration of the stay.

Pricing and Availability

Rates, fees, taxes, and availability shown on the Website are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed. We make reasonable efforts to keep the calendar accurate, but availability is not guaranteed until confirmation. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected reservation and refund any amounts paid.

Payments

Payments are processed through our booking platform and its payment processor. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Additional payment terms, including deposits, damage protection, and refunds, are set out in the Rental Terms.

Property Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe the Property, its amenities, and the surrounding area accurately. Photographs and descriptions are for general reference. Minor variations may occur, and amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. Distances and travel times to nearby attractions are approximate.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, photographs, video, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to 2917 Lighthouse Point, LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print content for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with evaluating or booking a stay. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from Website content without our written permission.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
